You have done your best + and it would never be good enough because God's Will is always done. Don't blame yourself or beat yourself up, you did not make Teresa sick. You have sacrificed your life for the last year doing what she needed you to do, you did not fail her. Just take a few deep breaths and let God guide you through the next few days. He will give you answers and will lead you in the direction he wants you to go.
